Eligibility for Exchange:

• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

• Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

• Sale items and limited edition drops are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

How to Request an Exchange:

1. Email us at info@kafratii.com with your order number and reason for the exchange.

2. Our team will guide you on the next steps and provide a return shipping address.

3. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process the exchange.

Shipping for Exchanges:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

• We will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@kafratii.com with a photo of the item and your order details. We will prioritize your exchange and cover all shipping costs.
